Global warming, healthcare, and party crashers.

Well it's been an interesting couple of weeks. Had to take a little time to plan a birthday for my little girl, then roll right into Thanksgiving. Had a great time but a lot has happened and I guess it's some good and some not so good. First of all, how on earth can two people who are not on a guest list that I'm sure is pretty tightly controlled get past two security checkpoints and come face to face with the President. I don't care if he's democrat or republican that shouldn't happen. I heard Rush say today that the whole thing could have been planned by the Obama administration. I have my theories on why they would do that but you have to read on to find out.

Secondly, a group has leaked emails from a prominent European global warming hysteria group known as the Climate Research Group. These emails detail plans to throw out scientific data proving global warming is not caused by man. They have been caught red handed. Of course if we lived in a sane world the people who perpetuated these lies would be hauled before a judge and sentenced for their crimes. But as you know we do not live in a sane world and the liars, just keep on lying. Just watch over the next few days and weeks as Copenhagen draws near they will attempt to discredit these legitimate scientists as "fringe kooks" payed for by big oil or big Wall Street, or big whatever.

Here's the bigger picture, the definition of terrorism is the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, especially for political purposes. The UK Scotsman just printed this warning in response to the emails: "Warming Will Wipe Out Billions -- Only 10% Will Survive Global Warming. I dare anyone to tell me that what these people are doing is not an attempt to conjure up fear by threatening us with mass extinction so that they can advance a political agenda. These people are terrorists and the need to be treated as such. I'm not saying they are on the same level as the guy who straps a bomb on his chest and walks into a market place, but they are just as dangerous to the continuation of mankind now and into the future.

And finally, Harry Reid and his ilk are set to "debate" the health care bill over the next few weeks. Surely they will make every attempt to silence the vast majority of Americans who oppose this runaway government takeover. They are still spewing the same tired lies about cutting costs and how it's all about adding competition. (Just remember that they will talk like a conservative to get you to go along with it. And never forget to watch for the distraction, the party crashers could be a big distraction if the have to testify before a judge or congress but you never know. You gotta stay on your toes with this bunch.) However, there is a chance it can be beat. After a lot of praying and thinking on the matter I've come to the realization that God has his divine hand on this country and whether it passes or not is up to Him. We have a greater purpose in this life and it is beyond politics. If you know me personally then you know that I hate politics. I would much rather talk about sports or food. But I hate politics almost as much as I hate other people trying to control my life. And I think that is where most Americans are. Listen, if we can stop this thing, and by we I mean everyone who has been involved from our Senators to the folks who pray for our country every day, it will be a great victory for our country. It will probably mean the end of Obama's political career and will usher in a new era of strong conservatism.

Either way we have a long fight ahead of us and now is the time to fight forward. 2012 is both just around the corner and off in the distance. We need to organize and coalesce now as a solid party who can vocalize our points better than the other side. Not just the politicians either, all of us. If you run into a liberal who thinks his stuff don't stink, call him on it. Read books and learn the facts. Don't just settle for what you hear on the news. And for Pete's sake, don't trust your college professor!

Hope everybody had a great Thanksgiving. God has blessed us in more ways than we can count. I have beautiful family and roof over my head. It's amazing to know that we have a God that will provide for our every need, even when we think we've messed things up beyond repair. I have been stumbling in a turkey stupor all day, I think I'm going to fall asleep on my recliner. Happy Thanksgiving and God bless you all.

The assault on Capitalism

I was checking out some movies that are set to premier in the next few months and I came across an interesting title. It was called "the end of poverty?" As I read the synopsis I discovered that the movie is just a thinly veiled attempt to smear Capitalism. The movie asks the question "why does poverty still exist in this day in age?" The director asserts that the reason there are poor people in the world is because of the free market (capitalist) system. And that the only way people become wealthy is by stealing it from someone less fortunate than them. He also claims that the U.S. only became the super power it is today because we steal a disproportionate share of the worlds resources.

Here's the problem with that entire assessment. It just isn't true.

Liberals like to assert the theory that if one man becomes wealthy it's because he took his wealth from another man of lesser means. For example. If I own a business and I employ John to work for $10 an hour, I get rich off the labor of John and I give him a disproportionately small share of my profits. The 10 dollars. The truth would actually sound like this. If I hadn't risked everything 20 years ago to start my business from nothing, I would not be able to offer a job to John for $10 an hour. John agrees to provide me with one hour of work, and I agree to give him $10 for his efforts. Thus adding more money to the economy and making the pie bigger.

Capitalists see the economy for what it is. A huge pie that only gets bigger every time a new person adds his or her talent and investment. So if I start a company, the pie gets bigger because I am offering a good or service that people need. They are then inclined to purchase my goods and I make money. I can then provide jobs to people who need them and they spend the money they make with me at other businesses who can in turn do the same thing.

Socialists think that the pie has a set diameter and that it cannot get any bigger than whatever that diameter is. So if I start a company and I make money, it's because somebody else somewhere in the pie made a little less money.

So we see this assault coming from several angles today. We see it in the movie "the end of poverty?" we see it in the Michael Moore film "Capitalism, a love story". We hear our own President besmirch the free market system when he says the free market is what caused the economic meltdown over the past year. I was paraphrasing and he didn't actually said that word for word, but he claims the "greedy", "reckless", free market system for what happened . He will probably never come out and say that he is anti-capitalism, or anti-free-market. But it's not difficult to see past his rhetoric and understand his intent.

So many people who are anti-capitalism think that socialism is the best way to advance the human condition.

The problem with socialism is that it can't last beyond the short term. The way it works is you get a large group of people to go along with your idea for socialism because they know they will get something for nothing. Then you bleed the wealthy people through taxation and penalties, and give their money to the masses. The wealthy are not numerous enough to have a significant say in the matter. Eventually you run out of rich people to bleed dry and the system collapses. Then you have abject poverty and rampant crime. That's when the power vacuum is created and the dictators come in. Then you have tyranny and oppression sometimes followed by genocide. Take a look at Africa.

Capitalism has advanced the human condition to a point where everyone under it's wing has a chance to become financially independent and free of any constraints. Without capitalism we would not have cars, advanced medicine, beds to sleep in, toys for our children, food that is safe to eat, and on and on and on. Capitalism has brought us to a point in existence where we no longer have to feel unsafe in our homes or cars, we trust everything we eat, we know we will get the best health care in the world for cheap.

Socialism gives you Cuba, China, Vietnam, Afghanistan(formerly), Bulgaria, Ethiopia, Germany, Russia, Venezuela, Iraq, Uganda, and more. Does anyone want to live in these countries?

There's a reason people completely denounce their allegiance to their home country they have known for their whole lives and move to the United States. We have the best and strongest economic system in the world. They do so by the thousands year after year just for the chance. Yet our government is trying to destroy this system. I've said it before and I'll say it again.

If we fail, there is nowhere else to go.

Alright. I've slept on it, done a little early morning reading and I think I'm going to live. Just barely though. And may I just start by saying God Bless Joe Lieberman. That man may alone save our Republic. At least on the Democrat side. So the house bill passed with the support of 1 lone republican. A first termer named Anh "Joseph" Cao. He hails from New Orleans so I would just hope that there are enough people down there with the common sense to throw him out on his keaster. I know some of the followers of this blog are from La., you know what to do. The bill is now on it's way to the Senate where everything tells me that it will likely not pass. Joe Lieberman says he will stand with the Republicans and filibuster this thing to death. So let's all hope and pray that that happens.

I've come to the conclusion that we no longer live in a representative republic. Honestly I guess I've known it for a while but I never wanted to admit it to myself. As I wrote yesterday, the govt. heard us speaking about this over the last few month. They heard us speaking loudly, and getting into their faces at town hall rallies. They know we don't want this. Yet the do it anyway? Correct me if I'm wrong here but they are there to represent us right? I mean they are in the House of REPRESENTATIVES. They know what we want but they impose their laws upon us anyways. That is the textbook definition of a tyrannical dictatorship. Obama is using him minions to write laws that will take away our rights as Citizens, and our sovereignty as a Nation.

If the Senate passes this bill it will mean that along with the other bills passed in the last 11 months since Barry was elected, the U.S. govt. will have seized control of 48% of our economy.

Government seizure of 48% of the economy.

You know who else did that? Hugo Chavez, Saddam Hussein, Kim Jong Il, Adolf Hitler,...the list goes on but you get my point.

How have we allowed this to happen? 48% of our economy, gone. It happened because so many people are deathly afraid of the govt.. They see what happens when people try to make a stand. The FBI rolls in and busts down your door. The govt. will not be good stewards of the businesses it has seized. And our kids will be the ones who suffer.

I will leave you with this. Ever successive generation since our country was founded 233 years ago has enjoyed a better standard of living than the previous generation. If this bill passes the senate. That will end with this generation, and we will be left to explain to our kids why it is they don't have the same opportunities we had when we were young. This is not the America that we grew up in. This is not what the founders of our country intended. If America as it is currently known ceases to exist, just remember that there is nowhere else to go. We are the last bastion of freedom in the world.

One step closer...

Just a quick comment on the passage of the health care takeover bill that passed the House on Saturday. First let me say that anyone who voted for this bill can feel pretty confident that they have seen their last term in office. With the exception of a few people who live in districts full of hate religion and free speech. Second and just as important, everything I have read is telling me that Reid may not have enough votes to get passage in the Senate. I hope he doesn't. These people have heard us. They have seen us. They watched us march through the Capitol building last Thursday. They know we are here. They are ignoring us on purpose. They do not care that they work for us. They do not care about re-election. They just want to impose their ideology on the rest of us. I will be praying tonight and every night until they put this up for a vote. I hope that you would do the same. I'm telling you if this thing passes, it's game over for the United States. We need to never forget this day. And we need to especially remember it next November. I will post more tomorrow. I'm too sick to think about this anymore tonight.

Proven facts, or just guilt?

I remember when I was in school as a young impressionable child and we had to watch videos and hear our teachers tell us about pollution and "global warming". We learned how big trucks on the highway were polluting and putting smog into the air. We learned that our hairspray cans were eating a hole in the "ozone" layer. We learned that we had to do something, we had to talk to our parents and convince them that our time was running short. For if we didn't, if we delayed by just 10 years that we would not recognize our planet and that the hole in the "ozone" would get so big that it could grow over the United States and engulf us all in flames. I was a child mind you, and I am not making this up. The global warming argument back then was just beginning to get traction.

A big part of me thinks it was young children like myself that took this theory based on bogus science and turned it into the huge money making segment of the economy that it has become.

The global warming community has been around for roughly 100 years depending on who you ask. Through all this time however each generation of global warmers has claimed that if (A) is not done, then (B) will happen with (C) time certain. It always goes something like this...

If we don't come together and work hard to reduce the output of emissions from our cars then we will only have 10 years until irreversible damage has been done. Do something now or the earth will catch on fire later.

There's just one problem with all of this. None of it has proven true. Now if you were one of those young impressionable kids who has just never questioned the truthfulness of what your teachers were telling you. Don't stop reading just yet. Just ask yourself these questions. What happened after they told us in the 80's that we had to stop using aerosol cans our the "ozone" layer would grow. What happened when they told us in the 90's that if we didn't stop emitting cO2 that the earth would heat to a point that it would kill us all. The answer to both of these is NOTHING. Nothing has happened. People still use aerosol cans, people still drive cars. Nothing that they predicted would happen has happened. The earth is a much more powerful than we mere humans could ever imagine.

Have you ever heard of the boy who cried wolf? Eventually people will stop believing you if you tell a lie long enough. That's what is happening today. And yes I know that at the end of the story there really was a wolf and nobody would listen. I'm just trying to illustrate a point, and that won't happen. I'm not a scientist by any means but I do like to look at the other side of things. Here are a few things that I have noticed.

1. The earth is cooler now than it was in the 70's. If we are putting out more cO2 now than we were in the 70's then we should be proportionately warmer than we were then right?

2. The Ice caps that were melting are now expanding. The East Antarctic ice shelf is regenerating it's self. If global warming were true, shouldn't they be mostly melted and nearly gone by now?

3. The "ozone layer" has either gone away or gotten smaller depending on which scientist you ask. Either way, if what they said was true shouldn't we all be burning right now? I know that we use less CFC's than we did back in the 80's but we still use them everyday. Why has nothing bad happened like they said it would?

4. Even the UN (an admittedly left wing group of people) did a study and it shows that livestock (cows, pigs, goats) put out more cO2 than all of the cars, planes, and trains combined!

If you read between the lines and add up all the facts global warming just comes up cold. Yet we still find people like Al Gore who make films about global warming with made up facts and science that is shaky at best. Even the introductory scene in his movie showing the melted ice caps was made on a computer.

There are many more facts to debunk global warming than what I have listed here. Do the research and you will see that it is all just hysteria. People love to make themselves feel guilty about things.

One final thought on global warming. God knows what he is doing. Do you think he would give us a planet that is so weak, so fragile that we tiny humans could have any lasting impact on it? Don't get me wrong I am all for protecting what we have. But there is a big difference in keeping our lakes and forests clean, and trying to guilt ourselves into believing that we can actually destroy this planet.

Notice the smile as an Iraqi woman proudly shows her ink stained finger off shortly after casting a vote for the first time since her tyrannical dictator has been deposed. She no longer fears being stoned for having an opinion. Conservatism did this.

How liberal "values" can influence an election.

Notice how the two members of the black panther party guard the entry door of the election booth. Admire the casualness with which the man carries his billy club.

Yet we Conservatives are called racist, sexist, homophobic, minority hating, greedy, fundamentalists.

Someone needs to remind those black panthers who instituted the Jim Crow laws of the late 1800's and into the 1960's which placed restrictions on black men from voting. I'll give them one hint. (It wasn't republicans)

Why healthcare reform is not about healthcare for patients

As the health care debate rages on and we hear so many different options coming out of the government, it can be easy to forget one key fact. Health care reform is not about health care. The government doesn't care weather or not you live an extra 3 or 4 years or that you get all of your shots in a timely manner. It's more money coming out of the coffers that they could otherwise spend on pet projects. Health care reform is about one thing and one thing only. Control. Let's walk through this together.

Let's say the government imposes their "universal form of medicine" on all of us. It will initially contain many of the aspects they speak about today, such as an "option" for your employer, and the ability to "opt out" if you wish. But just like social security and medicaid the government will incrementally take over more and more of your life. Here's how. First after a period of time (let's say 1-2 years) they government will say that the costs are "just too high", and the only way to keep the level of health care that you currently enjoy we will need to do one of 2 things. Raise taxes or impose limits. Nobody wants their taxes to go up so everyone will get behind the limits idea. Congress, of course, will do both. They will say that every person has a limit of around 2500 dollars a year for basic care and that major events will be covered as usual.

Then they will suggest that one reason costs are so high is because people who smoke cigarettes get cancer, and that drives up the cost for everyone else. So they will limit the amount of smoking a person can do. Then they will move onto say that obesity is causing people to have heart attacks and strokes and that also is driving up costs. So they will limit first what restaurants can sell, then they will limit where you can eat and when and how much. Next they will say that certain types of vehicles are "accident prone" and they can't cover the costs of helping accident victims from those vehicles. So again they will dictate what type of car you can drive, and even how far you can drive every day.

After than they will say that women are at greater risk of certain injuries when they have more than (x) number of children. So they will limit the number of children you can have. If you wanted a big family and you do not get approval from the government before you go over your limit then they will impose huge tax penalties on you every year to cover their cost of caring for that child from cradle to grave. Plus they already control your health care so it would be a short step to forced sterilization.

None of this is hypothetical, it has all already happened in dictatorial countries like North Korea. The socialists in the government want to control EVERY aspect of your life. They do not think you are smart enough to make decisions on your own. They know if they can get their hands on health care they can ratchet up the pain until they own you. This is now what the framers of our Constitution and Declaration of Independence wanted for our country. I can't say this enough...so I will say it loudly. SOCIALISM HAS FAILED EVERY TIME IT HAS BEEN TRIED. IT LEADS TO TYRANNY AND THE FALL OF MANKIND. In the words of a great man if we don't stop this..."one of these days we are going to spend our sunset years telling our children and our children’s children, what it once was like in America when men were free."-Ronald Reagan.

Pushing up healthcare

I just read a little snippet about the dems wanting to push up health care reform to take effect in 2010 instead of 2013. The democrats say it will give them something to work with in the midterm elections. Only the democrats could openly push a massive overreach of power for political purposes and not have the media say a word. Just imagine what would have happened to Bush if he had pushed for the Patriot Act so republicans would look better to potential voters. Now we all know that the health care bill has nothing to do with your health. We all know that it's simply about control. But these people are so drunk on their own power that they don't see what's coming in 2010. Conservatives are going to sweep this election and with any hope we can undo much of what has been done. Then it's just a matter of holding the line until 2012 when the cavalry arrives in the form of retaking the White House. What happened to our elected representatives actually "representing" us.

Some people may have missed my original theory of Barry's ascension to the title of President of the world. Here's an updated version and how he is poised to do it. Step by step.

1st. The liberals have devised a way to pass huge spending bills without much of a fuss from the electorate. They accomplish this by distracting you with something big that they know you will hate. They did this with minimum wage increases in 2007. The distraction was the amnesty bill they attempted to sign at midnight. It caused a huge stink and shortly thereafter they attached a minimum wage increase to the war funding bill. I said they attached a MINIMUM WAGE INCREASE onto a WAR FUNDING BILL. Anyway my point is just to illustrate how they operate. Obama knows this, and he's using it.

2nd. The distraction now is the health care bill. Think about how much fuss is going on over this single piece of legislation that nearly 60% of Americans oppose. Ask yourself why any President would push something so hard when he knows it will destroy his party. Keep this in mind, we'll come back to it later.

3rd. He removes the missile shield from Poland and ends the war on terrorism as a sign of our weakened defenses. Notice what he's doing in Afghanistan with the request for extra troops. NOTHING. Don't be fooled, it's on purpose.

4th. He is nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize after 12 days in office for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples. Does that sound right to you? In 12 days he strengthened international diplomacy? No he did not. He apologized for our country and said that we were arrogant and dismissive. Again to show that we were a weakened country. The Nobel Peace Prize was set up from the beginning.

5th. While a Nobel Prize alone does nothing for the President, the one thing it gives him is credibility on the world stage. He can do things that would ordinarily seem counter intuitive. He will from here on be referred to as President Obama, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate. Everything he does is for peace.

6th. With all of this in mind and the health care debate raging on Obama is about to do something unprecedented. In December he is traveling to Copenhagen to sign the U.N. Climate Change Treaty. A treaty that is based on the hoax of global warming. A topic for another day. This treaty in effect creates a global governing body, to which, Obama will sign over the United States sovereignty. It will allow this governing body to force the rich countries (us) to give money to the poorer countries (everybody else) because of our supposed climate debt that we have accumulated. It will allow the U.N. to enforce made up laws against us and will cause our country to go from super power to somewhere in between China, Japan and Germany. If you have never read the Constitution, stop. Go read it now it only takes 20 minutes then come back. You will now know that Treaty law surpasses our own Constitutional law.
Then think of where Obama will be standing. Maybe the U.N. will create a special position to monitor and control all of this redistribution of wealth. Let's call it global economic secretary. He would be in effect the most powerful man in the world. More powerful that the President of any country including ours.

Once this has been signed there will be nothing we can legally do about it. Does this mean it cannot be reversed in the future? Not necessarily, but it will take a shift of power in our own government to make something like that happen.

7th. After all of this has taken place the country that we know today will no longer exist. For every generation since our founding fathers drafted the Declaration of Independence the standard of living has increased. It is sad to say that it does not look like this trend will continue when our children inherit this country. Worse yet is that it happened on our watch.

All the pieces are coming together on this and it's happening at a rate faster than I had imagined. The reason is because Obama is not alone. Bill Ayers (the terrorist in who's living room Obama began his political career). George Soros (the billionaire who has destroyed 3 countries economies on purpose). It goes on and on.

He's not alone people, but neither are we.

Welcome

Just set up my new blog and as much as I used to make fun of people who "blogged" about their feelings or thoughts, I now find it a necessary form of therapy to keep from going insane. The unbelievable speed at which this country is hurling out of control gives me a type of motion sickness I've never felt before. I never once thought I would hear a member of my elected government bragging that a piece of legislation was "under 9 billion dollars". Just incredible.
